Supporting the lives of those experiencing the effects of isolation and loneliness
Staffed by volunteers and meeting 4 times a month at the popular Light House Coffee Shop in Sheerness. A place where men can come together to share their experiences, seek advice from their peers, and find support. Providing a variety of opportunities for men to build a sense of camaraderie and enjoy each other's company.
Get your creative juices flowing at our new Craft Club at the Wellbeing Hub in Rushenden. Suitable for all abilities. Sessions to include decoupage, model making, sewing, yarns and wool projects, jewellery making, mosaics, beach crafts and more! There will be a small charge to cover supplies.
Join us on the 2nd Tuesday of every month for a coffee morning with our friends at Infinity Age UK Sheppey. Meet new friends, chat over a cuppa and join in with some fun games. The perfect way to pass the morning.
Within a safe and welcoming environment, members are encouraged to socialise and build confidence through shared activities, coffee mornings, demonstrations and visits from guest speakers
Join us, with our friends from Stepping Out, for scenic, sociable, rejuvenating walks at beautiful venues throughout the county, from stately homes and gardens, country parks, lakes, National Trust properties, Coastlines and festivals.
